UDP Packet Size Limit

This will be the result of a few quick experiments sending UDP packets (from/to Python) from Win to Win, Win to Mac, Mac to Win, Win to Linux, Linux to Win, Mac to Mac, Mac to Linux, Linux to Mac and Linux to Linux. Basically we will increase the packet size 128 bytes at a time until they fail and note the sizes.
